Gift Certificates and Prepaid Packages
- Gift certificates: Non-refundable but transferable to another person. Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Prepaid massage packages: Refundable within 14 days of purchase, minus the value of any services already used and a 10% administrative fee.
Exceptional Circumstances

Rescheduling Policy
As an alternative to cancellation and refund, we offer the option to reschedule your appointment:

- Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice: 25% rescheduling fee may apply
- Rescheduled appointments must be booked within 30 days of the original appointment date

Gift Certificate and Prepaid Package Terms
Gift Certificates
