Massage Services Terms

Booking and Appointments

When booking a massage service with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your health status, medical conditions, and any other information relevant to the massage service
• Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
• Give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment
• Pay for the services in accordance with our payment terms

Health and Safety

For your safety and the safety of our staff, you agree to:

• Disclose any health conditions, injuries, or medications that might affect the massage service
• Follow all instructions given by our massage therapists
• Not attend appointments if you have a contagious illness or infection

Client Conduct

• Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during your appointment

Payment Terms

Prices and Fees

All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect already confirmed bookings.

Late or Missed Payments

If you fail to make payment when due, we reserve the right to:

• Cancel your appointment or future bookings

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur any fees.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.
• No-shows (failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice) may be charged the full service price.
• We reserve the right to waive cancellation fees at our discretion in cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions, our website, or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for services in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
